Lights Up the Hong Kong Sky for National Day 2026
On 2 October 2026, OWOWWW Creative was proud to take part in the National Day celebrations in Hong Kong, delivering a spectacular 2,026-drone light show over the waterfront of Hung Hom New Harbourfront.
The approximately 15-minute aerial performance featured thousands of drones forming a series of large-scale images and messages in the night sky, including “77” and “Happy Birthday to the People’s Republic of China”, alongside visual elements inspired by China’s space exploration and national development.
The performance was originally scheduled for two sessions. Due to unstable weather conditions, the first session was cancelled, while the second session went ahead successfully.
Behind the show, OWOWWW Creative contributed to the drone show production, from flight planning and choreography to technical preparation and on-site flight execution, bringing the large-scale aerial formations safely to life.
As a Hong Kong-based creative and drone show company, OWOWWW Creative continues to combine drone technology, visual storytelling and event production to create memorable aerial experiences for major celebrations, cultural events and large-scale productions.
2,026 drones. One Hong Kong sky. A celebration in light.
